Woodstock has grown fast over the past decade, and it keeps growing — new subdivisions filling in around a manufacturing and automotive base that includes major plants right in town, plus a steady stream of agricultural and dairy operations across the surrounding townships. That mix means a lot of different debris: framing offcuts from new-build sites, drywall dust from a reno, decades of stuff cleared out of a farmhouse or an aging bungalow going up for sale. We built our pricing around that reality — two bin sizes, one flat rate each, no calls back and forth to get a number.
We quote $150 + HST for a 10-yard bin and $175 + HST for a 15-yard bin, both including delivery, pickup, and a full two-week rental window. No surprise weight surcharges tacked on after the fact, no vague "call for pricing." You see the price before you book, and it's the price you pay.
We serve: Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Norwich, East Zorra-Tavistock and surrounding Oxford County communities.
Our pricing is flat and posted up front: $150 + HST for a 10-yard bin, $175 + HST for a 15-yard bin. Both prices include delivery, pickup, and a full two-week rental — no add-on delivery fee, no hidden pickup charge.
Same-day delivery is available in Woodstock and the surrounding area when you book early in the day, and next-day delivery is standard the rest of the time. We know most cleanout and reno projects run on a tight window, so we keep bins moving fast.
The 10-yard bin handles most single-room cleanouts, small reno jobs, and general decluttering. The 15-yard is our most popular size — it's the right call for full-home cleanouts, multi-room renovations, or roofing tear-offs, and it's only $25 more.
We can't accept hazardous materials like paint, oil, solvents, batteries, propane tanks, or asbestos. Everyday construction debris, renovation waste, household junk, furniture, and yard waste are all fine — ask us if you're not sure about something specific.
Yes — we regularly deliver to Ingersoll, Tillsonburg, Norwich, and East Zorra-Tavistock in addition to Woodstock itself. If you're just outside these areas, reach out and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
